While we do not issue refunds, we will gladly accept items eligible for return for online store credit/exchange.
You will have up to 14 days after items have been received to return your items for a store credit or exchange. All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of having received your order (as per tracking information). Please include a note of which form of compensation you would like.
Merchandise must be new, unworn and unaltered, with original tags attached. Any items that have been washed - even if following wash instructions - are not eligible for return.
For store credit:
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items, process the return, and send you an email with your online store credit within 1-3 business days. Once you receive the credit code, you will be able to use it towards any future online purchase at shopluciarose.com within 12 months.
online credits are not interchangeable.
